Yes, all Carina Organics products are formulated with sustainable, certified organic ingredients and are completely free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, and parabens.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. We are a cruelty-free company and never test our formulas or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin and hair care. If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are your containers recyclable?
Yes, we use high-quality, BPA-free plastic containers that are fully recyclable. We encourage our customers to rinse and recycle according to local guidelines.
